This is part one of an interview I had the pleasure of doing with Ryan MacAdam. He shares a realistic view on the music industry with some very personal stories about burn out, ongoing education, and safety on the job. With 20 plus years working his ass off he has some really great insight on what it could look like to work as a tech full time. If you are just starting out or a few years in, this is more then worth a listen. This can be a great industry if you are the right person for the job!
