Nevena Paesler and Eva Tarabichi. Nevena is an intercultural and career coach based in Bonn, Germany, originally from Bulgaria. Eva is a German business coach & intercultural trainer. Together they founded Growing together in NRW with the aim to support both internationals and companies in the integration process.
