111: shining a light on shifting comparison to inspiration

In the digital age of social media, it is so easy to compare our lives to the lives of others. In this episode, we are chatting about changing this mindset of comparison into inspiration instead! When we are inspired by the actions and lives of others, we can become motivated to pursue our own dreams and aspirations! We will begin this episode by going over some benefits to being inspired by others in order to begin to shift our mindset from comparison to inspiration.
