This week is a solo episode on on why and how we have leadership backwards. This is something I discuss often on social media but also, I mention it in my interviews and other solo episodes. Therefore, I thought it was time to do a quick episode on this topic. This topic is the basis and fundamental inspiration for "How to be the Leader of Your Life." I wish that I had the tools of leadership and understanding who I am before I ever stepped into a leadership role.
