2024 was a STRETCH year, that required me to navigate ways to raise the bar on my leadership and motherhood.
With the growth came the need to build a support system that allowed me to do what was most important for me in my career and motherhood. I am a big believer of the power of AND - motherhood AND corporate success.
But it requires a solid support system and an acceptance that your version of motherhood will look very different to someone else's version of motherhood who isn't in a leadership position in their career.
