Captain Greg Lash, a 40 year veteran of the Columbus Division of Fire as well as Lieutenant Steve Riley talk with us about the importance of leadership and why relationships matter. What is our mission in todays fire service? In a profession that has established itself on the traditions and principles of our predecessors, It is our job to save lives and protect property. We have an obligation to uphold these values and improve upon them. Not only for each other, but for the citizens we are sworn to protect.
