Prescription medicine has its place, but holistic medicine does too. We can no longer rely on food as our medicine because of the damage we’ve done to people and planet. From microplastics to soil quality to air pollution, we have to shift the way we look at healthcare. 


It needs to be personalized because each person is different. To have the best life outcomes, you must first take a holistic approach to life and take natural therapies when you can.
