Another uplifting voice in the women's scene. Posy has half a decade of training behind her and is now a Level 1 Qualified Parkour coach working in London. We discussed why women-only classes are beneficial, her love of the International Womens Parkour Weekend, and her recent joy in discovering Budokon yoga.
