I felt like it was about time to start to address some very important, but controversial, topics in this podcast, apart from all the self-healing work that I talk about. A big part of the heart-centered path is to start to think for ourselves, and create our own perception about the world we live in, as we navigate our unique journeys. Therefore I wanted to talk about the dysfunction of the society we are all a part of, in one way or another, as it is one of the reasons why I am so passionate about the work that I do.

As we are faced with a lot of darkness, collectively, it is easy to get caught up in the misery of this world, or to just look away, feeling like there is nothing we can do.
