[EN] New episode with Roger Hinds, a californian surfboard’s builder recognized by his piers as one of the best craftmen in the world. We met at the Shapers Club, UWL factory, thanks to Renaud Cardinal.

Roger has always been a handshaper and a glasser, even during the peak of his own factory in the nineties, building thousands of board a year, including several licences. While he handshaped over 30 000 boards in his career and he chose to focus on quality nowadays and builds only around a 100 top-of-the-art surfboards per year. We will talk about how he became the craftman he is today, where and how he worked through the years, how he works today and of course about his surfboards.
