On today's episode we get to hear from Fallon Bader who is the owner of The Sprouting Kitchen: a business that combines bringing people to farms to learn about how their food is grown but also provides nutrition and cooking education. Fallon talks about her journey going from working at a non-profit called Food Corp, to working outpatient nutrition and then ultimately following her passion of connecting people to food with inspiration from farmers.
