After the recent Facebook integration at the beginning of May, word coming from the 12seconds.tv blog is that 12seconds.tv will now allow you to send videos via @reply and DM’s on Twitter. The ‘Twitter for video’ startup also confirmed that 12seconds.tv also allows you to login to the site using your Twitter login credentials, Mashable has some visual examples of this in action.
