Description

Fatima Rahim, a Stanford OHS alum, joins us for an in-depth discussion about her journey in advocacy. During this current time of injustice, advocacy is more important than ever, so Fatima talks to us about the issues she's passionate about to help us better understand the impact that activism can bring, and also shares her advice on how people can get involved. To kick off the episode, we discuss her transition from OHS to university, since she's the first OHS-to-college student to come on our podcast. Though, as the episode progressed, we touch upon topics such as women's rights and the current health inequity crisis that's being highlighted during COVID-19, and by being a pre-med student herself, she gives her unique perspective on these issues. This episode is both thought-provoking and inspiring - listen to the full episode to learn more!
