Today I’m chatting to Saskia Sidey, a London based food stylist, recipe developer and food writer who's been working in the food industry for 10 years. She's also the co-founder of Sidey studio, a brand new gorgeous food photography studio in Peckham which she’s set up with her wife Jo. She trained as a chef at Leith's School of Food and Wine and has written three cookbooks, Broke Vegan, Broke Vegan Speedy and Vegan Slow Cooker.
