Description
On the evening of January 7, 1976, 15-year-old Janet Commins snuck out to go swimming, leaving a note saying she’d be home by 8:30 pm. She never returned and 18-year-old Noel Jones was convicted and served his entire prison sentence more than 2 decades before DNA linked Stephen Hough to Janet’s rape and murder, 40 years after the then 16-year-old is believed to have committed the crimes.
