Janice McWilliams is a therapist, spiritual director, writer and speaker. As a ministry leader with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, she taught ministry skills addressing the value of life-balance. As she moved into spiritual direction and therapy, she began to consider the critical aspects of self-care so people in ministry can maintain their mental health and thrive. She shares how taking control of her thoughts and emotions has substantially improved her quality of life.
