In this episode, I sit down and open up about the dark place I've been in for the last 3 weeks.
There is no easy way to talk about the days when I want nothing more than to curl into a ball and disappear from the world, people's memories, and the shame of whatever twisted thought I'm brooding over pertaining to the meaninglessness of my life as compared to how it *should* be.
