Chris Ward is an interesting cat and I've wanted to have him on the podcast for a long time. Not only does he host a podcast but he teaches middle school science, runs ultramarathons--and most recently, produced and co-directed the beautifuly crafted ultrarunning documentary, A Long Way From Nowhere. The film follows the Desert Rats 150 mile stage race and the colorful characters that dare to take on such an event. This movie is for everyone and it's going to get you right in the feels.
