15: 5 Tips for when you're feeling a creative block or uninspired

Welcome back to the show! So happy to be here with you for another week after a crazy, plan packed April and a missed couple of episodes.
This week, we dive into 5 tips for when you're feeling a creative block and/or uninspired to create for your passions.
1) We talk about how moving your body; dance, exercise, stretching, going for a walk, etc benefits not only your body, but your mind & soul as well.

2) Journaling, specifically brain-dumping; writing, drawing, and/or doodling out everything in your mind at the current moment until you feel you have the mental bandwidth to move forward in your creative processes.
3) Create for the sake & joy of creation rather than consuming your thoughts with monetizing your creations and time or feeling the pull to create with the intention of sharing for "likes", etc.
4) Creating space for self-care; taking a shower, washing your face, mediating, journaling, connecting with a loved one, reading a book for pleasure, && asking yourself.. are you getting enough water, nourishment, & rest?
5) Allow yourself to have guiltless FUN! When we are so overly focused on working, productivity, making money, and getting stuck in the "rat race", we so often feel zapped of our zest for life, creativity, and energy to sustain it all. Having FUN is just as important to our processes and happiness and the processes themselves.
