Raz is a rapper and songwriter born and raised in Brampton, Ontario with his roots in the West Indies (Trinidad & Guyana).
A careful combo of Stadium Rock (Imagine Dragons, Coldplay, 30 Seconds to Mars) and conscious Hip-Hop (Knaan, Lupe Fiasco, Lauryn Hill, Talib Kweli) allows Raz to craft a unique, yet accessible, sound that is both stadium-worthy and lyrically intimate. Simply put; he’s crafting Stadium Hip-Hop from the heart.
With a focus on lyrics, Raz delivers venue-filling music while drawing you into his message that leaves you with some food for thought - or at the very least, a Sunday morning hook you can't get out of your head.
