Paulina is an entrepreneur, angel investor, TEDx speaker and a founder of GrantTree whose new book “Laid Bare: what the business leader learnt from the stripper” describing leadership lessons she learnt as a burlesque dancer" is making waves.

Since 2010 her team has grown organically from 2 to 50 and raised over £200M for more than 600 technology startups and scaleups (while also moonlighting as a burlesque dancer) and operate an open culture company which pioneered a self set salary scheme in the UK.
