Description

Kevin T. Murphy, MD began his career as a radiation oncologist specializing in tumors of the central nervous system, or brain and spinal cord, with a focus in pediatric patients. He was a pioneer and thought leader in the field of frameless stereotactic radiosurgery in both pediatrics and adults, a technique now used worldwide. The development of PrTMS® was inspired by Dr. Murphy’s quest to alleviate the symptoms of his son’s autism spectrum disorder as well as the cognitive decline (or “chemobrain”) that often plagued his cancer patients after chemotherapy and radiation.  In 2017, Dr. Murphy founded PeakLogic, Inc., and by 2020, he pivoted from oncology to focus full-time on PrTMS® and empower physicians worldwide to improve the lives of patients suffering from neurocognitive and neurobehavioral conditions.  Since then, PrTMS® has been used to treat countless different neurocognitive and neural disorders or deficits as well as has garnered praise from active duty and military Veterans, and professional athletes seeking peak human performance.
