Having struggled with his weight as a child and overcome a battle with cancer, Wallace turned to fitness and now he is as strong in the kitchen as he is in the gym.
A constant multitasker who completed a business administration and culinary diploma simultaneously, he is now the owner of his own athletic nutrition company, Six Pack Chef.
