163 - Sentient World Simulation
Description
This week we're talking about something that should scare everyone. The Sentient World Simulation, or SWS for short, was suggested 15 years ago in a paper from Purdue University. They suggest collecting all of our data in order to predict world events. They will be able to put in any scenario and see how it would play out in the real world. If you've ever done anything on the internet or basically in society in general then they have a node representing you. So sit back in your Faraday cage and settle in as we bring on the weird.
