If you picture in your head a robed, beared prophet raging with florid language at at a nation that isn't listening to him, you are probably thinking of Isaiah.
In this episode, he launches a broadside against nations who he believes are enemies of God.
These are Israel's near neighbours and the prophet foresees disaster for each and every one of them.
