I wanna know how much relaxing time/me time I should take. sometimes I feel like I am extremely over a good amount and or under. ssometimes all I do is sit on my phone and don't do anything but also sometimes don't let myself have that relaxing time because I feel like I'm waisting my time. I really would like to know your thoughts on that
