Hey Everyone! Episode 17 of The Behavior Trap Podcast is live! On today's episode I got to speak with John Molinaro. John is a BCBA working out of Toronto Ontario and the founder of “Colours of the Spectrum ABA. For the last 4 years, John has been providing one-to-one behavioural therapy to families who have received a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. John’s method of practice includes conducting Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA), assessing developmental milestones, designing and implementing individualized service plans, and providing parent/caregiver coaching and education. John’s primary form of intervention is a play and evidence-based therapy known as Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT). PRT is based on the foundation of Applied Behavior Analysis, which is the leading form of intervention for Autism Spectrum Disorder.
