On top of everything we worry about as ADHD parents, we are also navigating how to keep our kids safe online. In today's episode, Dr. Tasha Brown explains how social media and phones affect mental health and self-esteem for kids with ADHD. As a child psychologist, she has practical, realistic ideas to help keep our kids and teens safe online.
MEET DR. TASHA BROWN
Dr. Tasha M. Brown, licensed clinical child psychologist is the director and founder at TMB Psychological Services. Dr. Brown graduated from Syracuse University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies and Psychology; and a minor in African American Studies. In 2013 she received her Master of Arts from DePaul University in Clinical Psychology. She then completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in clinical psychology in 2016 from DePaul University. Dr. Brown then went on to complete her Predoctoral Internship and Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine.
