I thought it was time for me to enter the discussion on the controversial topic of psychedelics, as its healing effects are more and more brought into light. In this episode I talk about my own opinions and experiences around psychedelics as well as recent studies from both a “positive” and “negative” perspective in hopes to open up more nuanced discussions about this in the future.
