Okay so here is my recap and I am calling it Part 1 because this event was DEEP for me and I feel like this will come through in parts 



There were a few things that were very obviously a focus and that you couldn’t miss because it was right in your face, and there were some that were more discrete and you had to pay attention - Dr. Joe is like that; I believe he likes to reward those who pay attention and stay in the present moment
