Description
Getting into the spirit of Halloween we learn about Samhain. It's said to be when the boundaries between the dead and the living become blurred. Bonfires, wearing masks and even leaving out food for past loved ones. There is definitely something about the smell in the air and the cooler weather that just does something to us. Stick around after the meditation we discuss that state of mind in-between wakefulness and sleep. Sounds like being between worlds to me. Stay Weird!
