Caroline is a visionary entrepreneur, childcare expert, and founder of Alpha Chains and Alpha Childcare, overseeing almost 18 thriving centres across Greater London.
Since launching her first nursery in 2004, she has become a leading voice in early years education and sustainable business growth. A graduate of Oxford’s Saiid Business School and member of the Institute of Directors, Caroline also runs a consultancy for struggling nurseries.
Through her foundation, she provides food aid, startup funding, and bursaries. She leads Africa’s Early Years Childcare Conference via Alpha Global and serves on the executive team of WIMBIZ International, championing women in business.
