Hello, dear ones. I’m coming to you with the first guest episode in a series all about grief and grief tending and what it can look and feel like when we apply a spiritual lens.

This four-part series will explore grief tending through pleasure, astrology, plant magic, and working with crystals. This first episode with Kalah Hill is so, so rich. Kalah is a Freedom Doula and Pleasure activist. I connected with her and her work when I embarked on the Maiden to Mother Teacher Training hosted by Sarah Durham Wilson and many others over the last year. When I say this training rocked my world, it’s truly an understatement. During this training, Kalah opened my eyes to the deep connections between grief and pleasure.
