One of my favorite things to do in December is ready short, heart warming Christmas stories. 20 years ago God gave me a true Christmas story of my own and for this Christmas I decided it was time to tell it.  We often think of the miracle of a child coming into the world but I learned that a child of God leaving this world can be just as miraculous. My brother passed unexpectedly on Christmas day 20 years ago and the mercies that accompanied that day are undeniable.
