Just listened to this podcast about living with a stoma. I have a permanent stoma folliwing APER in 2016. I would like to share with you how my stoma nursing team have supported me by teaching me how to irrigate daily. This has been amazing, I wear a soft stoma cap after the process and can get on with my day withhout the worry of any output. I'm a deputy head teacher in a primary school and back at work full time. it has been totally liberating. Jane Smith x
