[Note: This podcast evolved from The Sweet Surrender to Date Your Life in 2025. Earlier episodes reflect that transition while still offering valuable insights.] Some say ignorance is bliss—but I disagree. Ignorance is choosing to stay in a state of mild discomfort or misery because it’s familiar, versus venturing out into the “unknown” by facing head on the consequences of the choices we’ve made, which is the path that will lead us to true bliss (by my definition)—freedom and self-empowerment. Not to fear my friends, because if you’ve been unhappy with some choices you’ve made in life thus far, it is a new day. Everything we’ve ever gone through, including every choice we’ve made (“good” or “bad”) has prepared us for this very moment. And in this moment, we have the opportunity to make a new choice—a better, more empowering, conscious choice—over and over again for the rest of our lives. Let’s make them count. ❤️
