#20. Hydrate - How much water should you drink a day? Busting the 8 glasses myth
Description
In this episode, I talk about Principle 3: Hydrate in my 7 Primal Move principles. I also cover:
How much water do we need to drink to be healthy and perform optimally?
Is fluoride safe in our drinking water?
Is chlorine safe in our drinking water?
Does alcohol a neuro toxin (poisons your brain?)

Even that dilute level can wipe out lots other life forms, however, as anyone knows who has filled a goldfish bowl from the tap.
