Sarah recounts her struggle with excruciating pain from a severe physical injury that led to extreme nerve damage and constant discomfort. She opens up about the emotional burden she carried, believing the lie that she "deserved" the pain because it was "her fault" she got injured. 

Through the process of self-forgiveness and inner healing, Sarah began to find relief not only from the emotional pits but also from the physical pain that had plagued her daily life.
