Ephesians 4:20
20 But you have not so learned Christ,
*Our lives should be a representation of God’s glory and Holiness.
Matthew 11:28-29
28 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am [f]gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
- Salvation – true rest comes only from a relationship with God. You can now rest from your search for salvation
- Service
- Conversion – true conversion results in a changed lifestyle, which is a sharp contrast between the spirit-led life and the self/flesh-led life.
*Don’t give God your tomorrow when you’re too tired from the day before. Today is the day of salvation!
