On this episode, we take a look behind the scenes of the 2024 ALC-Community Investors Project to construct a new headquarters of Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Community Outreach Center (ZWHJCOC). The project is the first in the new Dallas Catalyst Project: Mill City initiative to get underway. Our guest is Frances Smith-Dean, ZWHJCOC's Executive Director. We discussed the outreach center's mission, its needs in a new facility, and how Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. himself continues to inspire the organization's work.
