We're checking in before TWO of the biggest runDisney weekends of the year! 

The Walt Disney World Marathon and the Disneyland Half Marathon are happening in the first half of January 2024. 

We're talking some basic reminders for the race weekends, some tips and details for expo, and we have a "newbie" running her first half marathon: Theresa! 

She's talking about why she's running and who she's running for as well as touching on some ways she prepared for her first race. 

We also have some concerns for the Athletes With Disabilities at the runDisney races this year, which Theresa has some personal experience with. If this is something that might affect you, we've got some details you may need about the changes happening this year.
