In this episode Micayla Jean shares what has come through for her individually and collectively as themes she's felt for the year of 2024. As she channeled her 2024 daily messages for her IG account and book Wilder Daily, these are some themes that she noticed. She also shares a reflection on what her word for 2023 was and how it showed up this past year.

- beginning again
- birth and death, more-so in the continuation of cycles throughout our life and then change that we experience as old skins shed and new ones appear
- the sacredness of in-between moments
- who you've been is who you are becoming
