Lord, forgive us, for we are podcasters. This week, Jane and Jacqueline don their tunics, veils, wimples, scapulars and habits in order to properly talk about the first chapter of Xeecee's instant-classic visual novel Misericorde. We try and cover at least some of the breadth of what this massively impressive game gives us in its first part, and in doing we discuss historical bishops, ahistorical card games, freaks full of black bile, women who are just autistic, Laura Palmers, put-upon prioresses, gay people, and Mabel.
