Tammy Barlette is a retired US Air Force fighter pilot who served over 20 years, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Throughout her distinguished career, she flew multiple aircraft, including the T-37 Tweet, T-38 Talon, A-10 Warthog, MQ-1 Predator, and MQ-9 Reaper. 

Tammy accumulated more than 3,000 flying hours, with over 1,500 hours of combat support time, assisting and protecting ground troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Upon retiring in 2018, Tammy became a professional speaker and founded Athena’s Voice, a speaker referral business featuring female military pilots from across the United States. She is also the founder and CEO of Crosscheck, a mindset and mental performance coaching business for aviators, dedicated to helping pilots increase confidence and improve performance.

Tammy is a graduate of the prestigious US Air Force Weapons School and holds a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry. She is married to a US Federal Agent and has three children.
