Description
Even though I generally love supplements, there are really only 2 or 3 that I would say are mandatory if you want to be healthy. If you want to lower your chances of developing high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, heart attack, arrhythmias, malignant tumors, kidney stones, cholesterol problems, depression, attention problems or other psychiatric disorders, fatigue, and poor athletic performance, you need enough magnesium. 80% of the American population does not get enough magnesium. Be in the 20% and your life will be better.
