Annabelle Knight is a sex and relationship expert and novelist who has appeared on many TV programmes such as This Morning, Loose Women and Big Brother's Bit on the Side and is currently the Flirt Expert on ITV's Love Island, is resident Sex and Love expert for online retailer Lovehoney. She has written three books and her debut novel, The Endless Autumn, was a number one bestseller. 

Annabelle spoke to Giles and Jim about her journey into sex and relationship advice, old mobile phones, social media, dating apps and her creative writing process.
