On Episode 22 of Moving Forward we talk with Lizzie Shipman, who is one the team’s Associate Executive Directors. We’re already about a third of the way through out 2025 training season and Lizzie talks with us about some of the things that set this year’s team apart.
And we speak with Nolan, a senior at Waukee High School who is starting her second year with Dream team. Nolan also recently started a new job with Bike World. Nolan talks us with about how he is looking to develop his leadership skills over the months ahead as a Junior Mentor.
