Sue Hitzmann (https://www.linkedin.com/in/meltmethod/), a nationally recognized educator, manual therapist, exercise physiologist, and founding member of the Fascia Research Society offers these short videos on improving posture while sitting at your desk and tips on getting rid of back pain while working. Sue is the creator of the MELT Method, which helps people get out and stay out of chronic pain for a lifetime. Just 10 minutes of MELT three times a week is all it takes to reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living. As a fascia expert, Sue understands one of the most important aspects in the body is its connective tissue – fascia – and by nourishing it, chronic pain can be prevented and skin can even become more youthful and reenergized.
