Description

You spend a lot of time in your head or in hyper-focused productivity, working hard to build success and momentum.  You do it for you, for your family - and we love a responsible Queen preparing for next level investments - however you can only push yourself so long before it catches up to you = burnout, fatigue, prolonged high cortisol and impact on your health.  Deep down you crave moments of feeling free from your to do list, decision-making and responsibilities. (A plane ticket to Italy, anyone?). However if you come from a background where your productivity and what you DO is your value (such as working in corporate environments or working hard to please/not disappoint others), this can be a hard shift to make.  You crave to get back to that however you worry that if you let yourself do what you *actually* want that the success will dip or be put at risk.

Some women swing to the feminine energy (e.g. listening to their body/intuition/studying pleasure) and get stuck in overthinking, too many ideas and not taking action.  Then they swing back to masculine energy (planning, structure) and lose their spark.  You need a tailor-made new womanly model of success - one where your Success, Wealth & Womanhood co-exist.

Listen and learn about 3 things successful women focus on so you can get into balance between your drive for success and productivity as well as these deeper feminine urges to slow down (and then speed up ;) and keep the spark alive in your work and life.
