Helen Marshall is a former fitness instructor, a personal coach, and the founder of Primal Alternative, a successful grain free food business model that aims to produce real food and organic ingredients across Australia, New Zealand, UK, and USA.


Ten years ago, Helen underwent a hideous health crisis including sickness, exhaustion, and anxiety, leading to a limited capacity for daily tasks and disrupted sleep. She also developed phobias and physical symptoms like digestive issues and loss of libido. Unable to afford professional help, she felt like she had to go gluten-free, and found healthier alternatives resulting in massive healing of her health issues and overall improvement in her well-being!
